Notifications (The Global Switch)

📍 How to get here:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon in your navigation menu.
  2. Select Organization Settings.
  3. Look at the left sidebar for the Notifications & Workflows section.

The Notifications tab is your global control switch for how your workspace communicates with people while these workflows are running.

Here, you can set the overall rules for how the system handles alerts. For example, you can decide whether the platform is allowed to send automated emails to your customers, or if it should rely on in-app notifications instead.
