Core Security Toggles

These simple switches let you turn major security features on or off instantly:

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Turn this on to force everyone in your organization to set up an extra layer of security (like a code from their phone) before they can log in. Highly recommended!
  • Enable Social Login: Turn this on if you want to allow users to sign in quickly using their Google, Facebook, or other social accounts instead of a traditional password.
  • Public Profile Page: If this is enabled, unauthenticated users (people who aren't logged in) will be able to see your organization's basic profile.
  • Maintenance Mode: A powerful switch! If you turn this on, it immediately disables access for everyone except Admin users. This is perfect if you are doing major upgrades or fixing critical issues and don't want anyone else poking around.

Session & Policy

This section controls the rules for passwords and user sessions:

  • Session Timeout (Minutes): Determine how long (e.g., 60 minutes) a user can stay idle before the system automatically logs them out. This protects your data if someone walks away from their computer!
  • Password Policy: Choose how strict your password requirements are (e.g., standard, which usually requires a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
  • Default Role ID: Set the default permission level that a brand-new user is assigned when they first join your workspace.
