Business Context

The Business Context tab helps the platform understand what kind of work you do, which helps tailor certain features to your needs.

📍 How to get here:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon in your navigation menu.
  2. Select Organization Settings.
  3. Click on the Business Context tab.

Industry Classification​

  • Sector & Industry: Just use the dropdowns to pick the broad category and specific industry you work in (like Hospitality and Restaurants & Food Service).

Organization Metadata​

  • Custom Key-Value Attributes: This is a slightly more advanced feature for developers. It allows your team to add custom internal tags to your workspace (like setting a specific currency to INR or a timezone to Asia/Kolkata). If you aren't sure what to put here, it's completely safe to leave it blank!

💡 Quick Tip: Don't forget to click the Save Changes button at the top right of your screen whenever you update something!
