General Profile
Welcome to your Organization Settings! Think of this as the "ID card" for your entire workspace.
The General Profile tab is all about your company's basic information.
📍 How to get here:
- Click on the Settings gear icon in your navigation menu.
- Select Organization Settings.
- You will automatically land on the General Profile tab!

Identity (Who you are)
- Brand Name: Your company's name (for example, Agile Digest). This is the name that appears at the top of your workspace and in emails sent to your customers.
- Tagline: A short, catchy phrase about your business (like Make AI Easy).
- Brand Description: A few sentences explaining what your business does.
Contact Info (How to reach you)
- Support Email: The email address your customers should use if they need help (e.g., [email protected]).
- Website URL: Your main website address (e.g., https://agiledigest.com).
System (Behind the scenes)
- Organization UUID: This is a long string of letters and numbers (like
8d1b1e88...). It's basically a computer-friendly serial number for your workspace. You can't change it, but you might need to copy it if you ever ask our support team for help!
💡 Quick Tip: Don't forget to click the Save Changes button at the top right of your screen whenever you update something!
