Landing Pages & Public URL Routing
Navigation Path: Sidebar → Experience Manager → Overview → Landing & URLs (tab=overview:landing)
The Landing & URLs tab is your command center for public URL routing. It shows you exactly where visitors land when accessing your domain or subdomains, and allows you to set your default homepage surface.

1. Setting Your Primary Surface
The Primary Surface setting dictates which audience surface opens when a visitor accesses your main root website address (e.g. https://yourcompany.com/).
UI Controls & Options
| Field Label | Control Type | Selectable Options | Purpose & Live Effect | Where Data Comes From |

[!TIP] Which Primary Surface should you choose?
- If you sell products directly online, choose Storefront.
- If you run a SaaS, service agency, or media blog, choose Marketing.
- If your site is primarily a customer support desk, choose Resolve.
2. Project Surface Readiness & Home Page Probing
The Landing & URLs map automatically inspects every project in your workspace and shows the status of its homepage across all audience surfaces:
Home Page Status Badges
- ✓ Live — The homepage for this surface is published and actively serving visitors. Click "Open Home Page" to view it live in a new tab.
- Draft / Not Live — The page exists but has unpublished changes. Click "Open Builder" to open the Page Builder Studio and publish your updates.
3. Connected Custom Domains
If your plan includes custom domains, the lower panel lists all custom domains and subdomains registered to your organization.
