Project Overrides & Surface Management

Navigation Path: Sidebar → Experience Manager → Project
Active Project Context: Selected using the inline Project Selector dropdown.

The Project section allows you to manage surface navigation, custom brand logos, header/footer chrome, and customer pages for specific sub-projects or sub-brands in your workspace.

1. Project Selector Context Engine​

At the top of the Project section, the Project Selector allows you to choose which active project you are configuring:

2. Managing Project Audience Surfaces​

Each project features four dedicated surface sections:

🛒 1. Storefront Surface (Shop Customers)​

  • Brand Overrides (tab=project:storefront:brand): Upload a project-specific storefront logo or set custom primary/secondary colors for this project's shop.
  • Menu & Header/Footer (tab=project:storefront:menu): Build a custom shopping menu for this project (e.g. "Men / Women / Sale / New Arrivals"). Toggle the search bar, cart icon, and promo banner.
  • Pages (tab=project:storefront:pages): Manage storefront pages (STORE_001 Home, Category pages, Product landing pages).
  • Store Settings Link-Out (tab=project:storefront:settings): Direct link-out to full store settings (Settings ➔ Store Settings).

📰 2. Marketing Surface (Blog & Landing Visitors)​

  • Brand Overrides (tab=project:marketing:brand): Editorial sub-brand logo and color overrides.
  • Menu & Header/Footer (tab=project:marketing:menu): Author blog navigation menus ("Articles / Case Studies / Whitepapers / Subscribe"), newsletter footer boxes, and campaign banners.
  • Pages (tab=project:marketing:pages): Create and edit marketing pages (PULSE_HOME_001, blog post layouts, campaign landing pages).

🛟 3. Resolve Surface (Support Customers)​

  • Brand Overrides (tab=project:servicedesk:brand): Custom help center logo and support accent colors.
  • Menu & Header/Footer (tab=project:servicedesk:menu): Author support navigation ("Help Home / Search FAQs / Submit Ticket / My Tickets"), live chat floating widget, and helpdesk hours footer.
  • Pages (tab=project:servicedesk:pages): Edit support portal pages (HELP_001, ticket submission forms, knowledge base article layouts).
  • Configurations Link-Out (tab=project:servicedesk:settings): Direct link-out to Service Desk configuration settings (Resolve ➔ Settings).

📄 4. Papers Surface (Document Clients)​

  • Brand Overrides (tab=project:papers:brand): Document portal logo and theme overrides.
  • Menu & Header/Footer (tab=project:papers:menu): Document portal category menu and download center links.
  • Pages (tab=project:papers:pages): Edit document portal pages (PAPR_001).
  • Configurations Link-Out (tab=project:papers:settings): Direct link-out to Papers project settings (Papers ➔ Settings).
